Venues and Theatres

The F&B requirement for Theatre is generally to cater for pre-show and interval break-out F&B needs.

Predominantly these outlets will serve basic food with beverages being the main focus.

The service area will need to be designed so that speedy service could be delivered to the customers.

  • Ararat Performing Arts Centre, Ararat

The F&B requirement for Venues are generally a small cafeteria/bar with limited menu to cater for patrons attending the Venue. These cafeteria predominantly have a very small footprint to produce the food and sometimes can be only a reheat kitchen.

However, some Venues offer the facility to be hired out as a function space and therefore the support kitchen will need to be able to cater for it.
